Lloyd,
what happens when you want to live as bad as the nexy guy. but, since interferon therapy you can't work to make any extra money to add to the government stipend that you receive. you're dead broke and broken hearted too. and that kind of stress you know doesn't help with getting your immune system back intact. i guess what i'm asking is there anything out there that is just as good as the stuff you push in your books and this web site?
i am over extended as it is and sad to say that i can't afford to live, at least not buying the stuff recommended by you. what to do? i really want to feel good mand to be able to smile again. i want to enjoy my family. but now, i just feel like i'm dying. it would be a miracle to hear back from you.

Dear Lloyd,
I found out I had Hep C 7 years ago and have read 2 of your books. Ive suffered with this fatigue for almost all my life but the liver specialist said my liver wasnt that bad for me to be so exhausted. Then it was found that I have Epstein Barr Virus and I was under the impression that there was no cure for that and people eventually grow out of it. I have not grown out of it as I have been exhausted/fatigued for 34 years. I heard about Dr Jose Montoya at Stanford University who claims to have cured some people with EBV with Herpes medication.
Although he said I am an ideal candidate for the study thats coming up, he now has reservations because of my Hep C. I used to be able to get some things done through the help of Narcilepsy pills, certain diet pills (which they now no longer make) but now all that has stopped and I can barely manage . I have no job and my unemployment has just run out (I had a very easy part-time job for 7 years which ended last summer) Im afraid I cant even get it together to get another job , have no health insurance and the money I have put aside will not last much longer. I have no family here and no-one to support me.
As a last effort, I thought I would write to you seeing as you struggled at one time yourself. I dont know what to do anymore and was wondering if you had any suggestions?
Any suggestions will be very much appreciated.
Gillian

Dear Lloyd,
My name is Johnny and I am 16 years Old. I was diagnosed with HCV when I was 9.
Me and My mother (who is also afflicted) have tried everything but nothing seemed to work for me. We've done Natural things and Interferon nothing worked. I would really like to try all this stuff that you have on your website but i don't know if we can afford it. with my brother going to college and all that other stuff. And I know insurance isn't going to cover any of this. I really would like to not die.
Thanks, Johnny

In Memory
On Saturday May 25th, Jackie Lynn Murphy died from complications from Hepatitis C at the age of 45.
Her daughter, Heather Murphy, called our office to tell her mother's story and offer a donation to assist other victims of Hepatitis C in her mother's honor.
Jackie Lynn Murphy had tried Interferon which did not work, and was being persuaded by doctors to now give Peg-Intron a try. Her daughter Heather says after her mother's use of Interferon, she became more ill; the Interferon only made her condition worse. She complained often of exhaustion and pain and was simply given plenty of pain medication by her doctors.
Just before her death, she was beginning to look into alternative remedies, and unfortunately did not find them in time.
